« There are different types of services for short, medium and long haul flights which are planned according to the range of the route. Depending on route's class and planning, we serve our meals in melamine equipment (hot meals are served in porcelain) on trays. Again depending on flight type and conditions meal can be served in disposable equipment on plastic box.
« After presenting specially designed menu cards aperitif drinks are served depending on passengers' choices and flight range.
« According to the flight range and route we serve hot/cold breakfast or meal service. Our main dishes from Turkish and World Cuisines are served to our passengers as 3 options. Serving meat-fish-chicken/turkey and pasta selections mostly, we serve varieties from very rich Turkish Cuisine which has not been discovered in inflight cuisine before such as "shish kebab, karniyarik, manti, imambayildi, mercimek koftesi, begendi and sigara boregi".

Entertainment Services
The Planet digital system and individual touch-screens are used for in-flight entertainment on our international flights on B777, A340, A330, B737-800 and B737-900 aircraft. Depending on the type of aircraft, passengers may choose their program either on their touch-screen or by using the remote control device attached to their seat.
Depending on the length of the flight, films, news and short programs are shown on our scheduled and chartered international flights on aircraft that have a video system but no digital system.

« Economy Seat pitch is 31-32 inch (78 cm)
« Seat recline, when the seat backrest at the very rear Maximum point is 6 inches(15 cm), also seat pan moves forward an additional 1.5 inch (3,5 cm) so that en equivalent of 7.5 inches (19 cm) of total recline occurs.
