Air India’s London Heathrow Terminal Change Terminal 2

IMPORTANT : From 25th January, all Air India flight departures will leave from the fully automated Terminal 2 at London Heathrow instead of Terminal 4. Whilst there are no planned schedule changes as a result of this, there are a couple of things that you will need to do to ensure a smooth and stress-free check-in


You must check that the name on your e-ticket is exactly the same as shown on your passport. If it is not, you may not be able to check in and may be denied boarding.If your name is not the same on your e-ticket, please contact our team urgently on 020 8518 9100.


Please complete your API (Advance Passenger Information) details before you leave for the airport. This takes just a few minutes but will ensure that you do not have any delays at the airport which could mean you missing your flight. If you haven't already done this, please click on the link in your e-ticket confirmation email to complete this information. If you have any problems accessing the API form, please call our team on 020 8518 9100.

It is important that you check your passport and e-ticket and complete your API details before travelling to the airport. Failure to do so could mean that you are delayed and possibly denied boarding. Most flights are non-refundable and regrettably Tickets to India can not help you or be held responsible for any losses as a result of customers being denied boarding.
