Air fares displayed on the web are correct and bookable online. By booking on the web, you will not only be able to take advantage of our lower web promotions but you will also receive instant email confirmation. If you do decide to call us to book your flight manually, we shall help you but there will be a charge of at least £10 per person to book over the telephone. |

| Seen a low airfare advertised but can't book it online? Try changing your travel dates. By being flexible and changing your dates by just a day or two, you could make a significant saving by finding a lower booking class. |

| Aircrafts are generally split into two or three cabins - First, Business & Economy. The airlines release a limited number of seats on the lowest fares first and once these are filled, they then release more seats on a slightly higher fare and so on and so forth. This same rule applies whether you are travelling in Economy or First class. |

So don't lose your cool when you are told that the lowest advertised fare is not available on your chosen dates! The key is to be flexible and to let our travel consultants find you the best deal available. If you must travel on certain fixed dates only, then the air fares will also be fixed based on that particular availability for that particular date.

Why is my booking pending? Sometimes
, we shall not be able to confirm your booking instantly and you will receive a 'pending' or 'waitlist' status on your email confirmation. This means that whilst the flight is already quite fully booked, there may be a possibility to request the airline to confirm your seat.

In such cases, a travel consultant will manually try and confirm your chosen travel dates timings and fare. You will receive an email and/or telephone call advising you of the status of your booking but please remember - the more you call our office to enquire about the status of your booking, the longer the delay in the travel consultant getting back to you as this takes up valuable time which could be utilised in liaising with the airline on your behalf!

Please ensure you have sufficient funds in place before you book! Yes, we know this common sense but there are a lot of people out there who book flights without checking to see if there are sufficient funds left on their credit/debit card after a particularly frenzied Bank Holiday shopping spree! Please remember, if your card doesn't approve, we cannot hold onto your flights without payment and your booking will be auto-cancelled. In such cases, a penalty charge of £50 per person will be raised by us and you will be held responsible for paying this charge. Further, should the airline raise a penalty, this will be passed onto you, the cardholder. All measures will be taken to ensure that the money is recovered from your bank.
